Hi, I’m Harleigh Hybarger Guin, founder of H2glow and a licensed aesthetician with nearly a decade of experience. I was born and raised in the Lake Norman area as an 11th-generation local, and serving people in my community has always been close to my heart.

I opened H2glow because I truly love seeing results and, more importantly, seeing people feel happy and confident in themselves. My faith guides everything I do, and my goal is always to help clients glow from the inside out — not just when they leave an appointment, but in how they feel about themselves every day.

I specialize in all areas of aesthetics and honestly don’t have a favorite service, because each one allows me to care for people in a different way. Lately, though, I’ve been especially obsessed with creating soft, natural nano brows that enhance each person’s unique beauty.

My hope is that when you come to H2glow, you feel welcomed, cared for, and leave feeling like the best version of yourself.

Hi, I'm Carlie Crouch — a double certified lash artist with several years of hands-on experience in lash extensions and customized lash design I specialize in enhancing natural beauty through tailored lash styling that complements each client’s unique features. I received my professional training at the Huntersville Institute of Cosmetic Arts and have continued to elevate my skills through advanced certifications in the latest lash techniques. My passion lies in helping clients feel confident, empowered, and effortlessly beautiful.

Fun fact: I'm obsessed with poodles and all kinds of doodles — if it's cute, fluffy, and has four legs, I’m in love!
